Excellent service!!!

Me and my friend stayed 11 days. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ikram is a kind and caring gentleman. They made sure our stay is comfortable and were happy at all times. Breakfast was good served with refreshing turkish tea. Thank you Green Palmiye Hotel!

Excellent location, good shower facility, access to transport and shopping, friendly and helpful staff. I was not too fond of the smoking policy.

The hotel has definitely seen better days! It's a shame that the upkeep hasn't been given much importance as the rooms and the bathrooms are a good size plus the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Metrobus and bus stop. If you're only going to be in Istanbul for a couple of days I wouldn't stay here as it takes a good 90 minutes to get to the centre, it wasn't my case so it didn't bother me, just saying.

The best front desk personnel ever

Even though the elevator was not working for the first two days and we experienced an electrical failure one night, the kindness and understanding of the very nice front desk personnel and hotel manager made me feel very comfortable there. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul for a vacation. The price, the hotel condition, and the services are excellent. It is close to restaurants and shops (Avcilar Center), and has the best and most helpful front desk personnel. Enjoy your travel! 🙌

Major electric and internet problems. A lot of noise all day because they were doing construction in the hotel. Power outages would occur continuously for the whole 5 days I stayed there.

The property is next to the main road which makes a somewhat noisy but it’s also very convenient for using public transportation or for dining options. It’s within walking distance to the Avcilar center for shopping and entertainment. It’s not too far from the lake and the Sea of Marmara. The staff is truly amazing and they do their best to help anyway they can. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom and I raised my concerns with the staff. Frankly for the price, I can’t say I could expect too much. Breakfast was adequate and simple.

Ortalama 1 hafta kaldım ilgiliydiler fakat oda çok rutubet kokuyordu 1 hafta o kokuyu çekmek sıkıntılıydı. Lambalar kırpıyordu bas agrıtıyordu oyuzden hiç açmadim yatak üstü lambaları sadece kullandım . Ama ilgililerdi sordularda allah bar isterseniz değişelim pdayı dediler ama son 2 günüm kalmıştı oyüzden istemedim yine kalırmıyım kalırım fiyat performans oteli

L’hôtel n’est pas très jeune et a besoin de rafraîchissement. Humidité poussière et linge de lit très sale. Beaucoup de bruit de route mais aussi d’autre bruit pas très agréable à entendre surtout avec des enfants. Mal situé pas très accessible depuis l’aéroport. Dommage car le personnel est très à l’écoute et serviable. Je ne recommande pas pour une découverte de la Turquie
