Very good location, close to the tram and galata tower. I would however advise against taking the metro M2 line to get here because you’ll have to walk on the cobblestone roads for 10+ minutes with your luggage. Best way to reach is to take the airport shuttle to Eminonu then a short tram ride to Tophane. The room was clean, AC worked great. Hallways aren’t very soundproof but the guests are quiet after 10:30PM so not a big problem. Staff was super warm and helpful!

The hotel gave me an upgrade from single room to triple room. The room was spacious and amenities provided as described. The hotel was located at quite alley off main road and you were away from busy traffic. Hotel provided free WiFi and water dispenser (unusual for Istanbul hotel). The room was cosy and shower was powerful and hot. Galata Tower was only 450m away from this hotel and 700m away from Istiklal avenue. Everything was good and worth staying. Staff were polite and it was very safe.

Beware: Parking and Rooms Aren’t as Advertised Good location and clean rooms, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. In March 2026, we made one Expedia reservation for two rooms. Despite showing proof of the single reservation, we were told the rooms were on different floors because the hotel’s system showed separate bookings. Both rooms were initially disappointing and were not the deluxe rooms we had selected. The TV in my room protruded at head height, and I repeatedly hit my head on it. My friend was moved to our floor the next day and given a much better room, while mine remained unchanged\. Basic toiletries were provided in one room but not the other, so I had to request them. Housekeeping also entered our room before checkout. Parking was not as described on Expedia. It was advertised as secure valet parking for €10 per day, but our car was parked in an off-site gravel area and we were charged 2,000 TL. A message sent through Expedia in March about parking received no response. We were disappointed with how our concerns were handled. The owner told me, “You have nothing good to say”. A partial parking refund was offered, and we provided our bank details. We left expecting the refund to be honoured and are still waiting for the payment.
