Hotel lobby looks nice and clean. However, the rooms are super dark , no air conditioning and when asked staff about it they said they can’t do anything about it as itis. We were swating untile morning and the window was super scary with a trouble view. Very small bathroom and every weren’t clean enough. Location is the only thing that is perfect.

The rooms were extremely dark, and I mean literally dark. They needed more light and improvement. We were put in a smoking room, which we only discovered when we checked out and asked why we could smell cigarets. I booked for eight days but only stayed for four nights because we went to Cappadocia and used the hotel to store our other belongings. I have asthma, and when I booked this through Expedia, I expected a nonsmoking room. Now I'm having an asthma attack because of the room assigned to us. lets see what will happen to me and my health THE HOTEL PHOTOS ON EXPEDIA.com is all Ai, not real photos.

We stay at this hotel every time I visit istanbul . The location is perfect, close to the metro , cross the street and you’re in taxim square ,( food ,shopping, coffee , divine dessert and much more) . The staff is very helpful, and go the extra distance for their guest . Price is also excellent! The beads are not the most comfortable., but it’s not a deal breaker for me . I love this hotel ( my little gem )

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The rooms were clean overall. Our first room had a noticeable smoke odor (apparently from smoking on that floor) and was quite noisy. After we requested a change, staff moved us to a different room on another floor, and it was a big improvement. Once switched rooms, the stay was great.

stays I’ve ever had. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep. Staff were slow to respond to requests and didn’t seem interested in resolving issues. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the overall experience didn’t match the photos or expectations. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.Be aware of your money as well
