Nice little hotel, a bit outside
I was combining 3 days of work with 3 days of leisure.
The hotel is a bit difficult to find in the beginning, the taxi drivers don't really know that tiny street. The surrounding is all under constructions, so even the street lights were not working when I was there - pretty dark at night.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But I did suggest to them to please create at least one page of general information - there is nothing! I had to ask how the safe works...
When you come from the main street, you are actually at the back of the hotel. You can enter there, but have to go stairs down to reception. My room was on the same level as that back entrance, where you also find the restaurant. Now I could ENTER the restaurant from that level, but not EXIT. There I had to go down to the reception and then up again.
Room was clean and functional, with a nice firm mattress on the bed.
The excellent METRO system has a station (Gayrettepe) about 10 minutes walking distance away - very convenient (buy an Istanbul Card, load it with money, use it on all transportations like busses, trams, even ships)

Top Hotel sehr Zentral wie 5 sterne
Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, sehr sauber innen wie 5 sterne Hotel!! Solche Schönen modernen Zimmer hat man nicht mal in 5 Sterne Hotels war jetzt zum 2 mal da. Sehr sicher.
Im moment ist gegenüber eine gross Baustelle aber kein Lärm da die Baustelle von aussen schon Fertig ist. Die strasse davor ist halt noch nicht Asphaltiert und machig.
Kann es sehr empfehlen sehr zentral egal wo man hin will

Excellent location close to metro station
Pick up shuttle on airport was on time and very courteous driver. Hotel front desk staff was good, it would be excellent if they new a bit more English and knowledge about the transportation system. Wi-Fi was extremely good.
Breakfast was decent, though it could have a bit more variety in the hot buffet section. Stayed for 4 nights. Would recommend it to the business traveler.

The situation of the hotel is on the back end on the egde of a construction aera. The front is located in an business district. Taxidrivers found it hard to found, but it is very nice and quite.

Good hotel
Good option for young people who has limited budget and more than couple of days in Istanbul. It's ~10-15 minutes away from the subway and ~40-50 minutes to get downtown.
Very kind and helpful personnel.
Worth it's price and good for business trip.

Nice but can get better
Very poor internet connection and do not go to the restaurant, everything else was up to standards. Definitely go for the larger rooms, the money difference is not that much and the suites are really nice.
