We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy living room that made us feel at home. Everything was clean and well-organized. We also appreciated the emergency door at the end of the apartment, which added an extra sense of safety. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended! Once you leave your apartment and go down, you will find yourself in Istiklal Cd.

The location is excellent for us get around the city. Vera the manager always available for our questions We also love the view. As seniors we would love to have more lights in the apartment. Taxi station closed by gave us very reasonable rate every time. Cafe downstairs is a big plus. Definitely stay here next time

Great place for a short stay.

The apartment is a little dated and not really suited for 4 people. The second bed is a day bed. The view is to die for, an incredible place to watch the sunset. Also the apartment is a very good size.

The hotel was in the perfect place. Near the shopping centre with a mind blowing view. I stayed with my husband and daughter for 14 days and i loved every minute of my stay. The coffee shop downstairs was perfect for breakfast and snacks. The only downfall was that there was 2 bedrooms but no dressing table. Apart from that i have no other complaints. I was welcomed very warmly by Veeri. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay near Taksim Square. Thank you

The apartment was beautiful with easy check in and out but, the only downside was the cleaning crew. The Cleaning lady didn’t clean as good as what you expect in a hotel the first day and when she came while we were there but wanted her to clean, she didn’t understand and rushed in just to put some new towels and left immediately. She didn’t show up after that despite us turning the green light (request to clean).

This property is inaccurately advertised. The rooms aren’t rooms, they are glass boxes. I didn’t feel safe getting in and out of bed since the bed is so close to a glass divider instead of a wall. Beds are small, bedding is thin and poor quality, furniture is worn out in general, lighting is poor. The space isn’t even isolated/insulated from the exterior. You can smell anyone smoking outside and hear all the noise, both of which are constant. The property is listed to have laundry which means there is a dry cleaner next door. There are no hotel staff on site. During our two week stay only one cleaning was offered. We had asked for the hand soap dispenser to be filled as there wasn’t any. We barely had enough toilet paper to get through our stay.

Really wanted to like the place but ...

I really wanted to like the place but there were serious issues with this place that I can't ignore. Here is a summary: The Good - Perfect location, with close proximity to all attractions and necessities you might need as a tourist. Beautifully designed with quality furniture and very comfortable beds (even the bunk beds). Very meticulous and consistent daily cleaning. The Bad - Very poor soundproofing! The apartment is facing a very busy street with non-stop honking. It was not possible to close the window tightly enough to prevent the noise. On top of that, the noise from the unit downstairs was totally audible (they were a very loud group) and woke us up a few times. The Worst - There is a cigar lounge on the mezzanine of the coffee shop. I don't know how but by 11AM the smoke has already made it's way to the unit and stayed there for the rest of the day which was very inconvenient. Also, on the third day a very pungent smell started to come out of the drainage system in the bathrooms and the kitchen sink that was extremely unpleasant. Although we mentioned the problems to Mehmet he was not able to resolve the issues and follow up on them.
