Nice place with good service and excellent breakfast. Only negative point: unfortunately the indoor swimming pool was closed and for the outdoor pool we had to pay an extra charge.

The air conditioner in our room would not bring the temperature below 26. We were too hot. The ice machine did not work. There was a bathtub but we couldn’t get a stopper. There is a button outside the room to press if you want your room cleaned but it wasn’t working. There is an outdoor pool but the hotel charges guests 1,000 tl each to use it. The staff were kind but they kept promising to fix things and no one came

For a one night stand

The reception and the staff were helpful and good. The room was clean and tidy. But I think they gave the preparation of the breakfast to a catering company. You can't find what you want. For example, when you ask for an omelet at breakfast, they can say that there is no omelet left. Don't have high expectations. It is suitable for a one-night stay.

The hotel itself it’s a very nice place to stay, but the service is horrible and this is the second time we’re not able to use the pool or the Jacuzzi area. There is no mini bar refrigerators are very dirty. No one cleaning them and you never able to reach out to reception from the phone, they definitely need to work on it

They upgraded my room from a city view to a sea view. They failed to communicate about a dry cleaning issue. Rooms look a little old and cigarette stains really detract. The property has a few minor maintenance issues. It is close enough to the water. I will come back again.
