Nice and cosy place to stay. It felt great to come back here after a long day exploring the city. The staff were lovely and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The place was kept clean and tidy by the cleaners every second day. Great location with convenient access to public transport. The only issue was the noise from nearby construction, especially at night.

We originally looked for an apartment because we wanted a kitchen. A reasonable price, convenient access between the airport and the city, a modern building with an elevator, and a kitchen — this place had everything we were looking for. On top of that, the kind staff and perfect service made our stay in Istanbul truly unforgettable. The kitchenware is, as expected, set up in a somewhat European style, making it especially convenient for cooking pasta and similar dishes. But as long as guests bring any tableware or cooking tools suited to their own country’s style, there should be no problem at all. There is also a dishwasher, so washing up was perfectly convenient. For example, we could start the dishwasher after breakfast or lunch and go out, or put in the dishes from dinner the night before and run it, which made it easy to start the next morning comfortably. There was no extra dishwasher detergent in the room, but whenever we asked the reception or housekeeping, they provided enough without any issue. There is a building under construction in front of the accommodation, but it was not very noisy. Most of all, the staff went beyond simple greetings. They regularly asked whether our day was going well and whether we needed any further help. We felt truly grateful, and thanks to them, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We were very satisfied that the requests we made at the time of booking were carefully honored: keeping the same room for our consecutive reservations without requiring us to change rooms, and providing a quiet, non-smoking area. Everything was handled so well. What I remember most is how warmly we were welcomed when we arrived tired, and how kindly the staff showed us to our room. In addition, all the staff were wonderful, including the reception staff who greeted us and exchanged a few friendly words whenever we stopped by, and the housekeeping team who promptly took care of every request we had. The room was cleaner and better than we expected. We truly had a comfortable stay.

The apartment is generally dirty. Stains on the sofas. The shower is dirty, with mold in the corners of the shower. The kitchen is also dirty, and the wallpaper is peeling in places. Otelden gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Yurt dışından geldik ve beş arkadaş olarak konakladık. Her konuda bizimle çok güzel ilgilendiler; personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.
