Hotellet var ikke som vi forventede, vi blev sendt videre til søster hotellet The Roomy Hotel Nişantaşı.
Men vi fik ikke vores penge tilbage fra hotellet og måtte derfor betale for nyt ophold selvom ejeren er den samme på begge hoteller!! Dårligste behandling, og hotels.com kunne hellere ikke hjælpe selvom de fik bekræftet af hotellet at vi var rykket til det andet hotel. Det er sidste gang vi booker hotel igennem denne hjemmeside også.!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, leider wurden wir von dem Service und der Sauberkeit im Hotel sehr enttäuscht, die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und auf dem Bett waren Haare.
Nachdem wir das Zimmer getauscht haben war es ebenfalls nicht sauber! Die Zimmer wurden nicht sauber gemacht jediglich nur unser Bett. Mal wurde Handtücher vergessen mal Toilettenpapier.
Also die Sauberkeit und Service war sehr schlecht aber die Lage ist sehr sehr Zentral für Istanbul.

The property was very hard to find. There was no immediate parking. The mini bar had only two bottles of water And the staff was unable to provide additional water. Staff was limited. Area was extremely crowded and noisy. I would give this property a two star rating. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean.
