我一進去發現房間整個都是塵蟎，而且狀況很差，我立刻說要離開，但是員工拿了我的護照照登記竟然沒有還給我，我到了另一家新飯店才發現護照沒有拿回來還花了$2100台幣做計程車回去拿員工從頭到尾都沒有做任何的表示很差勁的旅館完全不推薦

The hotel is between two metro stops so it's easy to get to the attractions in sultanahmet... It's in the neighborhood of karakoy which is an amazing place with lots of restaurants, bars and cafe's... The room was facing a busy road which was quite noisy into the early hours but generally a good room with a powerful shower... Recommend eating at bance tantuni which is just outside the hotel

The property is in a convenient location however there are a lot of renovation works happening directly opposite. We were placed in the Annexe which was two streets away. The TV did not work (not that we wanted to watch Tv but would’ve liked to of listened to music whilst in the room) neither did the air conditioning something we did not ask to be checked as the weather was mild. It wouldn’t have been fixed during our short stay anyway. We took a yellow taxi back to the airport at a competitive rate of 1500TL which the hotel kindly arranged. Karakoy is a nice area for restaurants and great for coffee/tea breaks and within a 10 min walk to Gelata Bridge so a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful even if communication was difficult at times due to language barriers (on both sides) I wouldn’t say the breakfast was fantastic. It was edible and varied but lacked pastry options for those who do not want to eat babaganush in the morning. Very small restaurant and overlooks the current renovation. Project, you do not have a view of Gelata tower as advertised. Would I recommend? Yes but there are more competitive hotels available in less built up areas which I will try next time Thank you for our stay.

Das Hotel war in einer Top Lage, ca 5-6 min zu Fuß zum Schiff der dich dann zur asiatischen Seite bringt und ganz viele süße Cafés, Restaurants etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn ich es nochmal buchen würde, würde ich nicht das Nebengebäude buchen, da es schon unvorteilhafter ist, vorallem an An-/Abreisetag. Die Wege sind ein wenig uneben aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür! Und der Weg ist tatsächlich ein wenig weiter weg als angegeben! Personal war top und es wurde bei einem Missverständnis alles einwandfrei geklärt. Die Betten waren leider nicht allzu bequem aber es ist auf jeden Fall aushaltbar. Frühstück war tatsächlich ganz in Ordnung und es wurde alles geboten was man braucht. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel empfehlen und würde es auch nochmal buchen. :)

Bella struttura con un edificio centrale (dove si faceva colazione) e vicino un edificio distaccato dove soggiornavano. Pulita, accogliente e comoda per muoversi ( a poca distanza c'è linea tram T1,che porta direttamente nella parte più storica di Istanbul) La colazione è soprattutto di tipo turca, soprattutto salata. Consiglio in generale per il soggiorno ad Istanbul di acquistare una SIM card (perché altrimenti con il roaming si rischia di pagare molto) e la Istanbul card per il trasporto, anche se Sultanhamet si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi.

Accessible location,amazing housekeeping services ,kitchen staff was very friendly ,and the breakfast options were good. Check-in could have been smoother but lack of clear communication by staff, The worst part was no wifi/wifi not working in the property throughout our stay(5days) and no special efforts or concern was shown by the staff members around the inconvenience it caused.

Petit déjeuner copieux inclus servi entre 8h00 et 10h30 à l'étage 4.Proche de toutes commodités et tous transports. Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à la célèbre avenue Istiklal. Breakfast was so poor.It is made as economic as possible and not enough food for all.No juice,bread always finished.Only one option in bread.All was so cheap and bad quality. Hairs in omlet.Definitely worst breakfast what we have ever eat in hotel.Coffee machine worked only for one morning and then it was broken.Maybe it was only made look like broken because it was shown that hotel wanted to spend as little money for breakfast as possible.Very tiny and little place to eat breakfast.Almost impossible to eat on so littlr brakfast room.No places to sit for all people who want to have a breakfast.Definitely this is not 4 star hotel,maximum 3 star hotel.Can see that hotel manager is after money and try to make all as cheap as possible.Reception people were very friendly and nice.So that was very good think.Traffic voices and tram voices you can hear in your hotel room 24/7.Difficult to sleep well because of traffic voice.Maximum rate 7.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im neuen Gebäude, dieses war leider sehr alt. Im Hotel gegenüber war jeden Tag eine rooftop party und im Zimmer war es dementsprechend bis 1 uhr sehr laut, da die fester auch sehr alt waren. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, nicht wie auf Fotos dargestellt. Zum frühstücken mustten wir in das andere Gebäude, sind wir nie hin. Die Lage war dennoch gut für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
