Ote idare eder ile iyi arasında. Sokağa bakan odalar trafikten çok gürültü alıyor. O nedenle arka odalar tercih edilmeli. Bir de sigara kokusu rahatsız ediciydi. Odalar küçük olduğu için uzun zaman kalmak zor olabilir. Ama 1-2 günlük ziyaretler için yeterli bir otel. Mekanı gayet merkezi. Ulaşım, yeme-içme anlamında birçok olanak elinizin altında. Tuvalet, duş, yatak gayet temizdi.

Fiyat Ve Hotel performansi gayet iyi. Sadece Ana cadde üzeri oldugu için gece biraz sesli. Jaaaaa degilseniz Problem olmaz. Istiklal caddesine çok yakin.

Good location, quiet small room

Good location, quite close to everywhere. Even with window overlooking a noisy street it was pretty quiet. A little bit sigarrete smell in the room (not forbidden to smoke inside, it has ashtray also). If u wanna clean room, don't forget to leave ur key at the reception otherwise ur room won't be cleaned up😁 Personal is always polite.

Slutet av vår resa var fruktansvärd. Jag hade betalat för tre dygn 22-25 augusti. Av er bekräftelse framgår även att incheckning sker tidigast kl. 14.00 och utcheckning senast kl. 12.00, dvs. som det är på alla hotell världen över. När vi lördag kväll kom till hotellet för att tacka för en bra vistelse och bara kort meddela att vi lämnar hotellet så tidigt på söndag att vi inte äter frukost uppstod en diskussion jag inte i min vildaste fantasi kunnat föreställa mig. Mannen i receptionen uppgav att vi var skyldiga att checka ut kl. 00.00, och att rummet var reserverat från kl. 02.00 - med städning däremellan. Vi trodde länge att det berodde på språkligt missförstånd från mannens sida, men han blev allt aggressivare och gav sig inte ens efter att en person tolkat till engelska på telefon. Våra upprepade försök att reda ut situationen var helt förgäves. Vi lämnade oerhört besvikna och frustrerade hotellet ca kl. 23.45 och vi sov följaktligen inte en blund på hela den följande natten.

Bu güne kadar kaldığım en kötü otel. Sigara lobi dahil her yerde içiliyor. Double yatağın öbüt tarına geçmek '' sanki obstical course.'' İçinde su bile olmayan bir mini bar. Eşyalarınızı koyabileceğiniz bir sandalye bile yok. Banyoda traş olmak için ışık yok. 2 ufak sabun ve 2 paket ufak şampuan. Daha ne yazacağımı bilmiyorum. Tek kelime ile çok kötü, kısacası köpeğimi bile yatırmam burda.

Ik zal de hotel niemand aanraden want! Alle kamers stinkt naar de sigaar en de bedden, kussens, gordijnen ook, de personeel roken altijd in de hotel en tijdens werktijden ook. Zeer slecht. Alles is hoorbaar. De hotel is geen 4 sterne hotel wel (0) ster. Dat is absoluut niet waar wat op internet staat. Ik zal de hotel niemand aanraden zozo niet voor family.

Lage ok. Ausschließlich zum Schlafen reicht es.

Die Lage ist relativ gut. Man ist binnen 5 Minuten in der Einkaufsmeile von Taksim, mit vielen Bars und Clubs. Ähnlich weit ist es zur Metro. Allerdings liegt das Hotel direkt an einer sehr viel befahrenden Straße, man hat keine ruhige Nacht. Die Zimmer sind übersichtilich, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Kein Frühstücksbuffet wie im Internet angepriesen...übersichtlich auf einem kleinen Tablett aus dem Kühlschrank und für Kaffeeliebhaber ein No Go.

Disonest people, bad room, bad location

Just to start: no lift to the first floor, disappointing breakfast, fridge in the room not working and everyone was SMOKING everywhere (despite the NO SMOKING signs - very annoing with a child!). Despite choosing a triple bedroom we got only 2 towels. When we asked an additional one it was smelling of sigarette. When we booked our triple room it was described as 40 square metres. The room was much smaller, probably not more than 25 square metres. So we went to the receptionist complaining about it and he told us that the manager wasn't there until the day after in the mornig,and he couldn't fix that. We patiently waited for the morning but the manager still wasn't there. We went to visit the city than we come back at evening.The manager still wasn't there, just 2 receptionists. So we got really disappointed as they didn't care about our complaining and we asked to call him and try to solve it soon. They didn't call anybody but they told us that the room square metres on the web site were written by mistake and they have no any room as that big. End of the story: we got back SOME of our money and went to a nicer hotel (100 metres from there) for the same price. Thanks to us they now changed to room square metres on the website. The hotel is central but on a very noisy street.
