He responded quickly when contacted.Be aware, there is no elevator in this building if climbing stairs is an issue for you. The building is located right at the top of the Ramondo stairs and just down the hill from the Galata Tower which is an awesome location for exploring. The architectural details are beautiful, and the neighborhood — slightly removed from the tourist core — felt authentic and walkable.That said, several things affected our experience.
