Finally got connected thanks to VRBO support and host informed me that since I wasn't able to get into the property on the first day that they can just keep my money and rent it out to someone else if they want.」

「The apartment was very nice, clean, and the terrace was very charming. It is a little noisy, as one side faces the road and another side faces a university, but it didn’t bother us much. The host was communicative and responded fast when we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood, but it is safe and 10 minutes drive to everything in Istanbul. We would recommend the place to other guests.」

「Here's information re: concerns regarding this home and its management.This was where we stayed for a family reunion during August 2025. Regarding issues with the home itself, there are a few areas of shoddy construction--baseboards with simple nails that fall away from the wall (kitchen and living room were two notable examples); screens for doors and windows which easily break--which would be forgiven in an otherwise uneventful stay.Unfortunately the property owner did not prove to be...

「We stayed 7 nights in this great apartment. Amazing rooftop terrace with wonderful views across the Bospherous. The rooftop terrace is shared with others but we rarely met anyone else up there. The location is great, just across the street is a tram station and a local ferry terminal and buses also run every few minutes into the centre. Best way to travel was by ferry - I loved it. Three good sized bedrooms with double beds, air con in one bedroom and the entrance hall so we we all slept well...

「Ho affittato questa casa con alcuni amici, in totale eravamo tre famiglie con figli tra gli 8 e i 14 anni. La casa è molto accogliente e ben tenuta. La zona ci è piaciuta moltissimo, defilata dal turismo maggiore ma con molti posticini per mangiare e negozietti. Con i mezzi pubblici o con un taxi si arriva velocemente in pieno centro.」

「Wir waren für ein paar Tage hier, um nach einer langen Türkeirundreise noch ein wenig Baden zu gehen. Die Strände um Sile und Agva sind sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und man ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten in Agva am Meer. Der Bungalow ist sehr neu und modern. Tatsächlich sind es 3 Bungalows gleicher Bauart direkt nebeneinander. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.」

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
