「Was unable to establish communication with the host on the day of check-in, kept trying the next day, the host ghosted me for 8 hours while I waited. Ignore dozens of phone calls from me as well. Finally got connected thanks to VRBO support and host informed me that since I wasn't able to get into the property on the first day that they can just keep my money and rent it out to someone else if they want.」

「The apartment was very nice, clean, and the terrace was very charming. It is a little noisy, as one side faces the road and another side faces a university, but it didn’t bother us much. The host was communicative and responded fast when we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood, but it is safe and 10 minutes drive to everything in Istanbul. We would recommend the place to other guests.」
