“The house is very roomy and comfortable. The owner is nice and responsive and helped us in any way he could. The view is amazing. We had access to the pool and hot tub and we were steps from the beach. The only issue we had was that the house was far from Istanbul attractions which made it difficult to go sightseeing and Istanbul traffic made the drives even longer. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this house for family trips or large groups. ”

“A fantastic villa for an extended family or a large group of friends.Kitchen has everything and more to cook a multiple course meal.Lovely bbq area with all the utensils, table, chairs, night lights.Pool feels very private, screened with high walls and greenery. Pool is maintained daily.Absolutely beautiful view to the Sea or Marmara and sunset from the kitchen terrace and several bedrooms.The sea promenade with bars and restaurants is a 5 min taxi ride or 20 min walk (going back is uphill so……

“Quel endroit incroyable, une maison de charme dans le quartier des arts…. Un vrai bonheur, à deux minutes à pieds des transports, des commerces a 40 mètres…. Proche de toutes commodités. Par ailleurs la maison peut accueillir une famille entière, internet à disposition de tous, un billard …. La maison est Vraiment tout confort…. Nous avons adoré, les enfants veulent y retourner….voilà que dire de plus … un propriétaire en Or brut qui est disponible 24h/24…. Gentil, attentionné et efficace,……

“Overall satisfied with our stay.Loaction,communication were very good.Property though old is in historic district,has an awesome terrace.Professional fixing of a malfunction eg faucet is not available right away as they are scheduled and available after days.”
