“This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. “Beautiful apartment with roof terrace. Best location , less than 1 minute from the beach and everything you need just around the corner. Came with a very nice Italian breakfast Big bonus daily at a restaurant around the corner . Everything was just perfect for us , the only thing there’s a bar right underneath pumping hard music sometimes till 3am . Was not a problem for us we have teens so we enjoyed the music and always went down for some drinks and good food. Would stay at the same place……

“A Little complicated check in and parking instructions due to hillside location and narrow roads but the staff was responsive very patient and helpful. All of that aside the most expansive beautiful view of the Mediterranean is the reward of staying at this wonderful place. The room was very clean and warm with modern features ie lighting and bathroom fixtures. Homemade Breakfast was included and delivered to my room. This made for a very comfortable and unique stay. “Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. ”
