“This is a nice, clean, seemingly newly renovated cabin with good air conditioning located about 20-25 minutes from Bemidji. The area feels pretty remote generally (some gravel road on the way etc.), but there is a cluster of cabins on the small lake. Downsides were no functioning internet, cell service or smart TV, and it felt pretty personal (clothes and other owner materials in the closet and desk, owner visited frequently etc.). Overall, a good value for a 3 bedroom house in the Bemidji……
