The staff at Khan’s Palace helped me very last minute when another hotel messed up my reservation. The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic, and it is well located to explore old Khiva on foot.

The location is very good and there are plenty of day trips around the area, which was helpful. But, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. I stayed for three consecutive nights, but the towels were never changed.
