Amazing Villa in Ixtapa

Villa 47 is located in the exclusive complex Playa Iguana which is next to Marina Ixtapa and 15 min. away to Zihua.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms; 2 with king size + individual bed and a MasterRoom with King Size bed; kitchen, indoor / outdoor living room, wooded dining room.

The house is good for couples, families (with children), friends. . Maximum occupancy 7 (including babies) otherwise you wont have access to the complex.

The accomodation is near to Marina Ixtapa, one of the best places to go shopping or having a wonderful dinner in one of the fantastic restaurants with amazing views to Marina Ixtapa, 15 minutes away from Zihuatanejo by car or public transportation or taxi.

Cleaning will take place every other day (one day zule will clean and not the other) but not the kitchen.

You can arrange extra cleaning with zule as well her cook Services.

Be informed that ID must be sent in order to process check in.

Our overall stay was very pleasant. Raul is a responsive host and communication was very good. Some items within the villa need attention: the lighting in the master bathroom is dark. Showers could be remodeled to an open concept. Some ceiling fans could be replaced. Some screens need repair, some with open holes and not secured to the base. The kitchen could use a counter top and cabinet remodel.

Had the best time in this beautiful place. The villa was spacious and well equipped. Comfy king beds and bathrooms in every bedroom. AC was great since can be very hot outside. The pool is right at your doorstep and the beach just beyond that. Zule was really great, a lovely lady, she came in to clean every couple of days and that was so appreciated. Bottled water was always available. She made sure everything was clean and always had clean towels ready. We felt really looked after. If you request she will cook for you too. The staff all round was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Ernesto at the beach security hut was great. He treated us like family. Raul was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. Would come back for sure and highly recommend

Beautiful Ixtapa

Beautiful location and very nice property. The condo is older and could use a little upgrading, but it was clean and very comfortable.We loved having direct access to the beach and pool area.

Beautiful grounds and pool

The condo is big and beautiful. The grounds are lovely and the pool is one of the best in the area. The condo is nicely laid out with privacy for all. Each bedroom had its own ensuite. Loads of places to lounge around.Great patio area. We ate outside every meal. Small kitchen but workable. When the fridge failed , a repairman was in that afternoon and when he couldn' t fix it we had a new fridge in 2 days. Maid put our items in a cooler and helpful staff allowed us to use another condo's freezer. Only downside was that the condo needed a really good deep cleaning.

A Hidden Gem

This property is located right on the ocean, right next to the marina, and a convenient ten minute walk to downtown Ixtapa. Security is manned 24/7 in this gated community so we always felt extremely safe. We were traveling with a group of 3 couples so having three master rooms with king beds and attached bathrooms worked well for our group. Having an additional bathroom on the lower level was convenient when making a quick run in from the pool. The condo could use a little updating but the host has stocked it with everything that you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Just steps out the ground level patio the well maintained, large pool was easily accessed. Just past the pool was direct access to the beach area where we enjoyed the tiki huts and chaise lounge chairs. Security was located at this entrance as well. We enjoyed the outdoor living with wrap around couch and large dining table. Upon check in you will meet the housekeeper. She made us amazing shrimp ceviche and pico de gallo on the third day of our stay. She is available for additional meal items as well (we never felt pressured to utilize her services). If you weren't up to the ten minute walk to downtown, you could always catch a bus for a few pesos right outside the complex entrance. The property manager is extremely responsive! We had a problem with one of our AC units and he had a service man there within 3 hours from our initial call. We are hoping that we can return to this location again next year for our vacation.
