“A very nicely decorated and renovated property, with a great location adjacent to Albion College. Very clean, with some nice treats supplied. Albion has an older stock of properties, as well as an historic downtown, the college is a gem and the town seems like it is trying to rebound from tough times. A perfect place to stay for parents/relatives of Albion students”

“We had a great stay. Jackson is a really old town. Almost all of the houses in the town are very old. The home is older but well kept up. It reminded me of staying at my grandmother's old farm home. There are some fun things to do in Jackson if you poke around a little! My only complaint was that we had 4 adults and 2 children. We were only allotted 1 towel each. With 3 females with longer hair, we wound up needing to share and wash towels often. we needed 2 towels each. I loved that they had an……

“The loft is warm, cozy, and inviting. The proprietors were communicative and responsive to any questions we had about the property. They also decorated it in such festive holiday regalia, it made us feel quite at home. We highly recommended this space to anyone visiting the area for a few days. 😀”

Just a note (which was also noted in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise) but even in early season we found a number of ticks so just be careful and check yourself. We still had a wonderful time and everyone commented on how great the house was.”

“Clean, quiet, no issues. Necessities available. Easy access to Jackson, I-94, I-127. Everything worked--almost ~!~! Large bedroom needs some lights. No overhead, one didn't work, other 2 very low wattage bulbs. At least 2 probably a fire hazard. TV has been discussed with owner. Great place with a few upgrades needed ~!~!~!”

“This house has so much character and was a perfect venue for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed the individuality of each bedroom and each space. There are things to explore and look at in every nook and cranny of this place! Communicating with Evolve was a hassle, but communication with the actual host was good once we had his contact information. Also, the location close to downtown Jackson, allowed for a walk down to see the Bright Side murals. We also realized it is not far from the best donut……
