“We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly”

“Didn't know there was an extra fee to pay when getting there after booking on Expedia. Got to the room and it smelled. No door knob on the bathroom door. No extra linen. Noisey. Hot in the room air was set at 63. Paint coming off ceiling. Breakfast wasn't good. Water pressure was barely there.
