“We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. It was just a quick trip with my mother and daughter. We look forward to going back and staying longer in the future. The property is beautiful. The seclusion is wonderful. We did some fishing and relaxed out on the deck. I highly recommend this cabin and the host was wonderful to work with.”

“We had a very nice stay at Peaceful Bear Cabin near Demorest, GA. The location is great for hiking and wineries outside of Helen. Also found a couple restaurants nearby that we may never have tried if we were in Helen. Community Brew and Tap and Hush Cuban Restaurant were both delicious! The cabin itself had everything we were looking for - quiet location with hot tub and dog friendly. The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint is the kitchen could be better stocked.……

“Better than description, highlight of my 2026, recommend a longer stay, can't truly benefit it's majesty feel.”

“Great space, updated appliances, great back deck.... would come back!”

“Great cabin, very clean and a great place to stay on vacation.”

“This is such a gem! The host have worked to prepare the property with so many great things (coffee, spices, extra towels, etc). They have literally worked hard to make your stay comfortable.”

“Over all the stay was fine. The property provided what we were looking for, it cool when we were there and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated being able to shower and do laundry at our leisure.”
