「We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not...

「Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.」

「The jacuzzi tub in the room was dirty and jets blew out algae. The jacuzzi in pool area had hair and was broken, cold water. The fron desk lady was talking bad about the others and we had to go to another hotel to use spa. It was all disappointing and misleading. Wouldn't recommend staying here. 」
