“Parking was easy, clerk was friendly and quickly got us checked in with no problems”

“excellent service, warm staff.”

“Highly recommend!”

“I usually don't do reviews but this was so odd. I tried connecting with the spa several times and was never able to. I even asked the front desk to get a message to the spa and they took my number but I never heard back. So for a hotel that is a spa, not the best service. Also, I didn't find out we had a free breakfast until after I checked out. Just odd.”

“For $850 a night, you don't even get maid service...you can add it up....”

“空调太大声了！影响睡觉”

“bathtub faucet/shower leaked/dripped, rooms are not updated, weekday stay not recommended with children due to number of weekly guests who loiter in parking lot drinking and are loud. Breakfast not great...eggs, sausage, waffles and cereal/baked goods. Limited. Indoor pool, not heated. Bed terribly uncomfortable. Good that rooms are all indoor entry. Parking lot hard to maneuver. AC works well.”

“Goog. Pl”

“Mandy was extremely helpful.”

“The first floor room had a musty smell in it but overall was clean. The bathroom could use updating--door was scratched up, shower a bit discolored and sink had wear and tear. Bedding and room overall felt clean. Location was 10-20 minutes from University of Georgia--mostly due to traffic as distance is not far. Breakfast was reasonable.”
