"Hot tub not working, icky water and cover half off, broken loungers by pool, some very strange people hanging around…. One women sat at front desk with pajamas and robe, very inprofesaional. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper, no one available so had to take down ourselves, no matching towels and no wrapped toilet paper. Very strange place - do not...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very comfortable second floor unit with two beds (one in its own bedroom), full bathroom, laundry, and full kitchen. It had everything we needed when traveling with an infant. The location was also good - easy to get around to all the main attractions in the Kansas City area. I'd recommend it as a great place to stay!"

The window air conditioning units were adequate but the ceiling fan in the bedroom helped.The location was very accessible to the Plaza, but was expecting reserved parking instead of street parking. The location is busy so sirens and street noise did happen during the night. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend."

"We absolutely loved the location and we walked to several places nearby, but there were groups of bikers both nights right across the street just revving their engines until 2 and 3 am. The VRBO has excellent insulation from most all normal noises, so had it not been for the bikers who seemed to gather every night, it would have been nice and quiet. "
