“Nice place but the housekeeping/maid service was terrible. They came in twice in 4 nights, and barely cleaned the rooms. Essentially just took out the garbage and replaced towels. They haphazardly threw the sheets on the bed. Couldn’t even make the bed. Also charge $25 for parking when the lot across the street is $10. Strange. Hotel and pool were nice, but it’s those little things that keep you from getting 5 stars.”

“In town for a baseball tournament. This was our first experience in Steamboat and it was perfect. The three bedroom suite was perfect. The living areas were large enough for the 4 adults, 1 tween and 2 babies to not be on top of each other. The patio space was a nice bonus. The pools were clean, we enjoyed the fenced basketball area, the playground was a little "advanced" for the one-year-old, I was able to go down the slide with him. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options are close by.”

“The front staff check in person was very impersonal and sounded like he was reading a script and couldn’t wait to get rid of me. The room that was assigned to us was on the first floor and right next to the front door and elevator so it was noisy until late at night and the bedroom was against that wall. The TV could only be accessed by downloading some QR code and didn’t work. We called the front desk and they did not help at all. We bought a puzzle since we couldn’t watch TV and dumped the……
