“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“The property was undergoing some renovations. We did not have access to the pool, or the main hotel. We were placed in the ‘boutique suite’ area and when checking in, we had no towels or toilet paper.
To start, everything was very disorganized but once we got settled, the room was spacious and hotel staff were kind.”
