AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was treated so incredibly poorly at this hotel I cannot even begin to wrap my mind around the horrible experience I had. There were issues with the hotel and room itself. The bathroom door would not stay shut and the front desk guy had his pants undone on multiple occasions… just two examples. However, the absolute worst part of my two-week experience staying here was being kicked out by a police officer as if I’m some criminal. I had tried to book an extra night via Expedia and was having an issue with the app. I asked the front desk person, Angela, to speak with the manager, Kristen Blackdeer to see if she could assist. I was told I needed to leave, I said I wouldn’t leave before speaking with the manager. While I was waiting for the manager to call me back after her meeting, there was a knock on the door and it was the police telling me I needed to leave immediately. Of course this happened while I had two full loads of wet laundry in the washer and had not been prepared whatsoever to leave the property since I was planning on staying. This not only left me unexpectedly displaced, but interfered with my work meetings as I work from home. I’m still completely baffled and upset by how I was treated. I have filed a formal complaint with Hilton and will seriously reconsider staying at a different Hilton property in the future.

Our staff offered to make another reservation for you since you were unable to make a new reservation through your preferred 3rd party booking channel. We apologize that this solution was unacceptable to you. We take great care to protect guest confidentiality. We cannot comment on a social media platform as to why you were evicted from the hotel due to our confidentiality policies. We do not request police presence with evictions unless there has been physical or verbal abuse to other guests or staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy of abuse of any kind directed toward guests or staff. Kirsten Blackdeer, General Manager, has already explained to you why you were evicted from the hotel.

We love staying at Home2. The extra space, and kitchen area makes for a more enjoyable stay when 4 people are sharing a room. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options.

We were in town for a funeral and this hotel was a good location for us. Room was pretty big. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom was even a good size. Breakfast was exactly as we expected. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

It was very good. Only two bumps in the road: we could not get the wi-fi to work, it kept insisting we were in the wrong room. Second, when we got our bill, the address for us was for Las Vegas, not Toledo, Ohio, even though you had seen my drivers ID. Otherwise, very good stay, we will be back.

Almost Great
Overall our stay was good, but not great. Room was smaller than expected. TV was smaller than expected. Cable had 20 or so channels with no description of what you were watching or what was coming on next. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really hoping to be wowed by the quality of the room but it just fell a little short. I had trouble sleeping as I slept on the pull out couch bed and it was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very clean but small. I was quite surprised to learn that the free WiFi actually cost $5 for higher speeds. Breakfast choices were limited but decent and free. In summary, I was expecting a little more luxury but the friendly staff still made it a good trip.

Our TV provider was recently updated and they will be here next week to install the updates to our TV system that will show the interactive guide and will also add streaming services such as Netflix. Home away from home
Everything was great! Would have liked to have a pamplet or something for any type of information for our stay while on the rok and also the tv did not have apps. We didn't have power at our home and needed a shower and good nights sleep.
