This lovely one bedroom apartment is perfect for anyone looking for an easy stay inside the city of Jackson. Less than a mile from all of downtown, this peaceful one bedroom apartment is “Simply Jackson". Nestled in one of Jackson's original housing areas this place is unique as it was originally built for long term rental. It comes equipped with a full size refrigerator, full size electric stove with oven, and a full size washer & dryer!
The space
This newly one bedroom studio apartment was freshly remodeled in the summer of 2023. It features a very comfortable king-sized bed. You will have your own private bathroom along with bath linens and towels, a blow dryer, custom bath soaps by Leo Jude Soap Company, and hotel style shampoo and conditioner.

The apartment is furnished with a new couch, chair, dining table, and 55” TV with Roku devise (please bring you own logins for any streaming services), and high speed WIFI internet.

The kitchen is supplied with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer (ice trays in freezer), stove, oven, plates, bowls, coffee cups, glass cups, silverware, dish cloths/towels, soaps, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access our off street parking lot in front of the apartment. The lockbox for keys is located at the top of the deck stairs right beside the front door. The key code will be sent the day of arrival.
Other things to note
Please note per rules (and ours), the person who books the reservation is the primary tenant of the apartment. If the primary tenant has a guest (limit of 1), please have the guest register with the booking as well. Guests booking this MUST be using their photo as a profile photo.

The space is for one or two adults and is not appropriate for children. Pets are not permitted we love animals too, but we don't make exceptions due to possible allergies of other renters.

We do not rent for parties or photo shoots, and we are very strict in limiting the persons on the property to the exact guests you book for.
