“Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Down side is the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. Pool didn't have towels and bathrooms had zero ventilation. Toilets need to be replaced but for the price you can't not beat the area or amenities”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Parking was plentiful and convenient. I felt safe in the parking lot. The linens appeared to be clean but the floor appeared dirty (particles stuck to my bare feet) and someone had used the little soap on the sink. This was replaced. I chose the hotel largely based on the claim that the rooms were soundproofed but I did not find this to be the case. I could hear someone talking and later snoring from the adjacent room. My room was on the ground level and the window faced a bare wooden fence.……

“I stay here often so to see that the room I was given this last time was in poor condition surprised me. In addition to being asked several times if I was checking out (this was at around 9am) and constantly reminding me that check out is at 11am was a bit too much for me.”

“The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again.”

“Loved the uniqueness of property and made you feel like living in another era. Loved all the outside porches and garden area with fountain. Great for our group to relax and get together. Breakfast was excellent. Felt staff should know more about what area had to offer for visitors.”
