"There was vomit on the ground by the pool for 3 days. The pool water was too cold. The staff is very rude, to be specific, (the lady who does the laundry, and her son) They lied and said I was smoking in my room and I don’t even smoke. They contacted the next hotel I was goin stay at with lies and a fake picture of an ashtray in a room. There were dead bugs in the hotel room. After staying there 3 days, I asked for clean sheets and was refused. They don’t have meat with the breakfast. If you put your dnd sign on the door, they’re going to knock and wake you up anyway. And also the hotel smells like roach spray"

"The host is very lovely and sent very clear instructions! The house smelled amazing!! Pretty calm neighborhood and easy drive into Baton Rouge! Such a cute and fantastic stay!"

"We rented this home for our family of five (plus our dogs), and while it had some great features that worked well for us, there were several maintenance issues that really impacted our stay.On the positive side, the size of the house was perfect—plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. The backyard was a highlight, with a nice covered concrete patio that we enjoyed for outdoor time. Parking was abundant, which made things easy, especially with multiple vehicles.Unfortunately, the cons were significant and made the experience frustrating. The oven didn't work at all, and there were no additional appliances provided to make up for it, which forced us to eat out more than planned. The washer and dryer were in poor condition, adding to daily hassles. In the main bedroom areas, there were exposed tacks (or what looked like carpet tacks) that posed a safety risk, especially with kids and pets around. The walls were dirty, and the flooring was messed up in several spots, giving the place a neglected feel overall.I hope the owners address these issues for future renters, as the home has potential but needs some TLC. We wouldn't stay again without fixes."

"This property was filthy. The home was new but the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bugs and webs at the entrance door and in the corners inside of the home. Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. Bathroom mat were filthy. Toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, used bar of soap left in closet. No flat sheets on either bed. Linen had to be changed due to greasy spots. Commode had brown water until flushed. Pillows were nasty on the couch. Initially planned to stay 2 nights but happy I booked it for one night. 450 for one night/property not worth it. Contacted the owner who agreed to come by but haven’t heard back yet. Totally ruined my plans for mySon’s graduation the next morning. Spent the night buying supplies and cleaning due to timing. "The cleaning crew if the owner pays one …. And the owner should visibly come and see the property. Overall esthetically the property was nice. Owner and have chatted on the tho gs that need to be changed immediately."
