The back yard is fenced but there is an 8" gap along the bottom of the fence so small dogs can pop right out and critters can pop in. Nice neighborhood to walk in with a park nearby."

"Five-Star Experience All the Way!We had a wonderful stay! Daniel was kind enough to let us check in early since the unit had already been cleaned, and it was super clean, which was greatly appreciated. Communication with him was excellent from start to finish.The entire unit looks beautifully renovated, with updated bathrooms, lovely furnishings, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were wonderful, and we slept very comfortably. There were also thoughtful touches throughout, including coffee, spices, and other essentials that made the place feel warm and welcoming.One small thing worth mentioning is that there are train tracks approximately five blocks away, and you can occasionally hear the train whistle in the late evening or early morning. It never bothered us, and there are plenty of homes even closer to the tracks, but if you’re a particularly light sleeper, it’s something to be aware of.Overall, this was a five-star experience all the way. The property was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

My one complaint is that there seemed to be frequent events going on nearby that caused parking to disappear on the weekends, since I didn’t pay for a parking spot."
