Dirty, dated and in need of repairs, a terrible value!!!

My family and I stayed at Ocean Park # 202 on Amelia Island Fl. from 8/14/21 through 8/21/21. This unit is uncomfortable, dirty and dated; a terrible value at any price! It has the most uncomfortable beds imaginable. The only tub in the condo has huge rust stains and gouges. The shower curtain liner is covered in mold and mildew. All the windows and doors in unit 202 have mildew, rust, dirt and major signs of wear. The rest of the doors we saw at Ocean Park looked clean and new, they appear to have been well maintained and/or replaced since the complex was built in 2000. The garage door remote for guests quit working on Sunday and the code panel did not work either so we could not access our truck or personal items left inside the garage. Since it was Sunday, there was no one in the real estate office to contact the owners. The after hours emergency number is an answering service. I asked the lady at the answering service to put me through to the short term rental manager, who was very helpful and was able to help us locate a working garage door remote. I WOULD DEFINITELY use ERA Fernandina Beach Realty for short term rentals again in the future but would NEVER STAY IN UNIT 202 AGAIN.

Great stay

We had Thanksgiving as a family at this property...great experience. Only recommendation is to update the bunk bed mattresses so more comfortable for adults. Location is terrific, and we enjoyed the open floor plan and garage access.
