Step inside this exquisite one-story condo and discover a home designed for ultimate comfort and convenience. This is a perfect retreat for your family, offering a spacious, single-level flow with no stairs to worry about. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone has their own space, including a master suite that invites quiet moments in its bay window, perfect for reading as you gaze at the Atlantic. The open-plan living area and gourmet kitchen are ideal for gathering. At the same time, the main balcony offers breathtaking views of both the ocean and the tranquil marsh, allowing you to enjoy every sunrise and sunset.

Two of the bedrooms share a private balcony with stunning ocean views, giving you an intimate spot to feel the salt breeze. The villa complex enhances your stay with a refreshing swimming pool and on-site tennis courts.

This smoke-free home is dog-friendly and welcomes your canine companion to enjoy the island adventure with you.

Dog Policy:
We`re happy to welcome your canine companions to our rental! Please note that only dogs are permitted, and all doggy guests must be pre-approved by management. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we do have size and breed restrictions in place. Guests are also required to agree to specific terms and conditions outlined in our pet agreement.

A non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required, max one (1) pet per condo, per stay. If this fee isn`t automatically applied during your booking, it will be added to your reservation shortly after it`s confirmed. For the safety and well-being of all, your dog must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, house-trained, spayed or neutered, and sociable with both people and other dogs.

Please understand that we cannot accommodate cats or any other types of pets.
The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please obtain prior approval for any additional guests beyond the reported numbers.

The guest is responsible for any damage to the property that occurs beyond normal wear and tear during their stay. This includes excessive dirt, property damage, and missing or damaged linens and other items. In such cases, Amelia Best Vacation Rentals & Realty will let you know and charge your credit card accordingly. The guest is responsible for notifying Amelia Best VRR upon check-in if the property is found in less-than-desirable conditions or of any damages requiring attention.

Reservation Processing Fee: All reservations are subject to a service processing fee of $89. This fee helps to cover the software costs and other expenses associated with taking reservations. This amount is non-refundable.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

A great place to vacation. Been vacationing in Amelia Island for 20 years and this was the best place. Beds were hard but comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, and great communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Wonderfully maintained oceanfront condo which was recently renovated. Great attentive management took care of everything for a seamless stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely unit with wonderful views!

We love AIP and we decided to go up for a long weekend. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay on Amelia Island. There is plenty of space and a wonderful deck to relax on. We highly recommend this location and will be back!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The condo was well equipped for six adults. We enjoyed the beach (rented daily chairs and umbrellas set up by Sunsetters), the 5th floor patio was a perfect spot for happy hour and tennis and portable net for pickleball was within a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend!

Looking forward to future stays here

This condo was stunning! The pictures are true to how it looks in real life. We really enjoyed being steps away from a private beach and the pool. The master bed was a little on the firm side for us but we still slept well. The condo is close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. This was, by far, our favorite VRBO to date. It was perfect and we look forward to spending many more trips here!

Great Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Dunes. Loved the location and the property in general. It was a perfect setting for us and the views of sun rises and sun sets were fantastic. We had just a couple of minor things we needed to contact Gazal about and she took care of them right away. She also checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I’m sure we will be back.

Wonderful!!

We were very pleased with this condo. It was lovely and the owner Laily is very helpful and helped us out with additional king sheets after we pushed the twin beds together to make it into a king. A few suggestions it would be nice to have a television in the bedroom with the twin beds and the early morning sun in the living room was very bright a shade on this window would have been a nice option. We would definitely visit again!! Very peaceful and relaxing area. Thank you Laily!!

Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets

This property definitely lived up to the online VRBO listing. The views of the ocean and the ICW were amazing. The end unit on the 5th floor of this bldg was a great location for our group. We appreciated the layout of the condo that offered 2 bedrooms overlooking the ocean. The patio offered views of beautiful sunsets over the ICW and sunrises over the ocean. Easy access to the beach for nice long walks either direction. Interior was well appointed with amenities that met our needs. Defintely recommend.

Quiet, Great View, easy to get to beach

We were nervous as we knew that Irma was still being cleaned up, but the impact on Turtle Dunes was mostly gone. The floorplan was perfect, and they were very kind and thoughtful in things like hair dryer and curling iron, extra toilet paper, etc.. Not common with most VRBO we deal with. Furniture was comfortable (wish a bigger TV in master bed room), and the bathrooms were user friendly. Quiet, great view, and easy to get to beach and pool.

Wonderful Family Vacation Retreat

Without sounding too dramatic, I can't say enough about how perfect this location was. It was even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. The rental was clean and comfortable, while still having the feel of a special vacation spot for a week. Perfectly close to a private beach and pool, we felt like we almost owned the resort, it was awesome! We were blessed with great weather, and the picture window in the living room was great for watching rain clouds roll in during the one occasion that it did rain. The check-in process was easy and our hosts were readily available via text, if needed (I only bothered them for local recommendations, no issues at all). I can't wait to return, really loved it!

Relax and Enjoy

My two girlfriends and I rented this condo to celebrate all of us turning 50. We loved that it was the end unit on a high floor with a huge side deck overlooking the ocean. The easy access to the beach and to the pool for the unit was great. The condo was well-equipped and modern with spectacular views and we would definitely stay here again . It was nice that each bedroom has its own private bath as well. Gazal and Laily ( and Charlene) were very responsive and we appreciated their kindness. GM - Charleston SC

Second time staying here!

This was our family’s second time visiting this condo. It’s perfect for our family of 4. My mom and my daughter’s friend came for a few days during our visit and we had more than enough room. It’s clean, has everything you need, and very comfortable. We were there for two weeks and didn’t want to leave. The property managers were quick to respond with any questions I had. The views of the beach and the river are gorgeous! We brought our golf cart from home and explored the area. I highly recommend renting (or bringing) a golf cart. We will return for sure!
