"The White House Inn is a lovely hotel. The hotel is quaint and pretty. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had 2 or 3 small complaints.
We arrived just before dinner and decided to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. My husband had certain eating restrictions so we looked at the menu on line before going down to eat. Unfortunately, the menu online was completely different from the actual menu at the table.
The bathroom is very small with no place to put any toiletries I brought with me. A shelf above the toilet and/or a medicine cabinet would have solved that problem.
It would also have been helpful to have a phone in the room to call downstairs for any questions.
I do recommend this place in spite of these small issues"
