Wake up to sunrise in the primary bedroom, and savor beach views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax on the balcony with plush seating. The building features an elevator for your convenience.

- Lease approval subject to HOA (Only single-family use)
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM per city ordinance
- Pets (dogs only) – Only 1 dog less than 20 pounds is allowed. Undisclosed pets = immediate eviction and loss of rent. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of stay
- Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM
- Review the full House Rules section before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Awesome stay

Such an amazing place, location could not be more perfect. Waking up to that beach from view with the full length windows is something out of a movie. Will definitely stay here again.
