Too tight; uncomfortable

The place only fits 2 adults comfortably. Very tight. Parking is on the street. We ended up leaving early because we were so uncomfortable. The kitchen is more like a toy kitchen. There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen, along with caterpillars in the different rooms

Very cute little pace

We loved Florida, and the owner of this property made it even better!! She is one of the sweetest you'll ever meet!! She was very accommodating, although she was out of town during our stay she had everything lined out and was a text away if we needed anything!! This little house is enclosed in a fence so it feels very private and we LOVED that being the "country" family that we are in a big ol city! The house was clean, smelled great, it had clean towels and linens for our arrival, over all it made for a great stay! The home is small and did not have stove BUT she had an electric skillet, a toaster oven, a microwave, utinsils, cups, plates and a few other convenient electric cook ware & etc. she also provided a BBQ grill, so the home having no stove wasn't an issue. This was our first time ever visiting Florida and we loved it!! I highly recommend this owner and her home. She is a God sent and the home is great!

Nice home and great Neighborhood!

The house is very nicely decorated, clean and tidy, there is everything you need away from home. Our host Jessica was super nice and very helpful. It's a great Neighborhood - a lot of historical houses, very quiet and green, close to everything. Our kids loved the house and the backyard. Would recommend for family rest and definitely would like to stay there again.

Good, funky place in Five Points

This place was great for my needs. It's a small place but well set up for a short term rental, especially if you have kids and need a bunk bed room. I wouldn't technically qualify it as a 2br though. It was fine for me, because I was traveling alone but I'd want to know that one of the beds is in the main room and the two bedroom listing seems like it could mislead. I'd also recommend highly that they install lighting outside the unit for dark hours. It's extremely dark and disconcerting not being able to see things. The neighborhood is great and the unit was clean.

Great spot close to many family friendly activities!

The condo was perfect for us! In a great neighbourhood, where we felt safe walking to the local parks and amenities. The condo had everything we needed and more. Jessica was quick to help us find things to do and with any problems we encountered. The only drawback, for us, was that the fully fenced backyard was not private. The resident dog, who is very friendly, came by regularly and workmen also came through the gate. Our dog had to be on leash whenever she was outside. Jessica went above and beyond and gave us passes to the Alligator Farm which my kids loved! Thanks for a great vacation!

Fun Vibe!

We enjoyed our stay. Although our visit was for the Mayo Clinic, the place was clean, fun, and restful. It is within walking distance to Five Points historic district. Our host was very thoughtful with details. She had travel toiletries available and the place had everything we needed. We loved the neighborhood and resting on the outdoor patio loungers. There is even a resident therapy dog that is so sweet and might visit you while you are in the yard. We really loved that. Thank you for a restful stay.

This place is perfect!

Staying here was a pleasure from the time we booked. On our way to Jacksonville, Jessica texted us to let us know it was OK to check in early, and also that she had left a few lights on for us in case we were coming in late. The property was very clean, just as described, and in a great location. My friend and I walked to restaurants, coffee, and surrounding shops. It is a few minutes walk before you get to those places, but it is a pleasant walk. It is a short uber ride to downtown and to Everbank stadium. Upon leaving, Jessica also let us know that the check out time was flexible since they didn’t have anyone coming in that day, which we really appreciated! Overall this was a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to come back to visit. I hope that this property is available for rent when I do come back. Thank you for everything!
