Hotel has been partialy renovated and it really isn't up for guests yet. No breakfast, pool closed, main hotel AC was being repaired. Nice comfy beds. Left at dawn .

The tub had sand in it from the last person staying in the room. Shower curtain had mold and just overall dirty. Place was just generally not clean. Super outdated carpet was peeled up in some spots In the hallway. WiFi worked well, decent location, and a nice front desk with good customer service.

Marble Waters Hotel

The hotel was hot but our room had air conditioning. The hotel was clean and quiet. We could not get the internet to work so I had to use hotspot for internet. Nice big bed and friendly employees.

Hotel renovations stop at the lobby but the rooms are clean. Pool area is nice but the hot tub was broken. Hote has direct tv but it buffered every 15 minutes. No breakfast and the restaurant didn’t seem like it was operating atleast it wasn’t during my three day stay.

Air-conditioner was not working anywhere except our room , which i was thankful. Old and outdated inside. Resturant was closed, permanently. Staff was helpful and gave us more pillows and a chair we asked for. Location was nice.

The outside of the hotel and the main lobby are well kept and clean. The actual room was not that great. The chairs in the room were in poor condition and the sheet on the bed has a stain on them.

This hotel has a unique "vibe" (there's a classic car in the lobby) and I like staying there. I did once before because of the convenient location then on my next trip to the area specifically picked it again because it was safe, clean, great staff, decent room for a good price. I recommend this hotel.

Quick weekend getaway

Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great.

The room was clean, and pretty average. The air conditioning in the building was broken so the hallways and elevators were sweltering hot. Thankfully the room ac worked great. The lady at the front desk wasn’t that friendly, but I didn’t have to deal with her that much. Didn’t use the hot tub, but did notice a sign that it would be an additional charge of $30/day to use the jets in it. Seems ridiculous to me…

PROS: • Great location • 10 minutes from the beach •Bed was comfy CONS: • Tub & shower were filthy. I left to shower at Planet Fitness. • Room had no seating. Bed, nightstands, Dresser, TV, that’s it. And a bunch of empty space in the room. • Pool was absolutely filthy, hot tub didn’t even have water in it.

This property was rather run down and there was no fitness center, despite the label of one in the hallway. The restaurant was never open, there was a tattered leather chair in the room, and the A/C did not work in the common areas. It served the purpose of a 2-day stay just fine and was a convenient location to the beach and to breakfast spots, but I would not want to stay there again.
