Great place. Would stay here again.

Highly recommend for a family of 4 or so who also might want to bring a pet. Was just as advertised. Very clean, well stocked and all of the appliances and AC worked well. We had a small problem with the electronic lock when we first got there and the property manager, Karina, came over in about 5 minutes and fixed the problem. Also is only about one block from the beach and is very centrally located. So yes would stay there again.

January in Jacksonville

We came to Jacksonville for a soccer tournament and picked Ocean Breeze over the hotel room. All family was very happy with our decision. Nice, clean, spacious house just 2 minutes from the beach. Great location! We enjoyed beach and fishing in the morning and afternoon spent on the soccer field. The house offered everything we needed. We will be back. Thank you!

August stay

The home was lovely! No issues and advertised as such. Parking under the carport was a big plus, as we had little ones who are much better managed closer to the unit off the street. Our older daughter stopped over for dinner and found the place easily and liked the separate sleeping/lounging areas so we could hang out later in the evening. Great setup and we will definitely book in the future!

Comfy and close to the beach

We slept really well here because of the super comfortable beds, excellent A/C, and quiet neighborhood. Only 1.5 blocks from the ocean, it's a very easy walk and there's a lifeguard stationed right there. All essential beach items are provided (towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, shovels/buckets, AND a wagon to carry it all), and the outdoor shower worked great. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-outfitted, and the washer/dryer and laundry detergent sure came in handy. We enjoyed catching up on the Olympics and our favorite shows on the large TV in the living room. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Rental! Very clean and rental has everything you need for the beach and housing needs! House is located within steps from public beach access. Very safe and quiet atmosphere! Absolutely recommend if you are having any doubts!!!!

It was a wonderful visit to the condo, beach and with family that live in Jacksonville. I would recommend Ocean Breeze to anyone.

Chose this rental due to proximity to medical facility. We did have a problem with ants. This only major issue for us was the amount of steps. 15 steps up to the main living area and another 15 steps up to the bedrooms. I would change the name of this rental to “30 Steps”. Not so good for seniors with bad knees.
