Enjoy a stylish experience at this Jacksonville Beach centrally-located 2/1.5. Walk to the beach!

Welcome to your beach cottage! Enjoy two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and smart tvs! Further, the backyard offers a fire pit and corn hole. As well as a laundry room in the townhouse. Walk to the beach! We have provided a stocked kitchen, coffee station with coffee pot and mugs, and a dishwasher. In addition, the dining room has a nice table for 4 - two more chairs available in downstairs closet.

Entire place and yard - please insure you park only on the side of the driveway in front of your door - it’s best to parallel park with two cars to not block the neighboring townhouse.

We are around if needed but offer self check in!

Jacksonville Beach is A vibrant community offering beautiful white sand beaches ,weekly festivals, local restaurants, and bars, and lots more!

The home is very accessible. You can take Uber, beach buggy (golf cart service that’s local), bike, or many other ways of transportation around the area

Beach Walkable, Cozy
We needed a break and rented this place for 10 days. We had previously rented the other side of the duplex last year and knew the area was were we could access the beach and walk a quiet neighborhood with our dog. The fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without having to keep him on a leash. If you have a smaller dog, check to be sure they can't get out. There are some smaller gaps in the fence a 10lb and under dog might be able to squeeze through. Under the stairs/closet, the unit had a nice beach umbrella, two fancy Tommy Bahama chairs with built-in storage and able to be carried like a backpack. It also had two more plain chairs. We went to the beach almost every day and really enjoyed it. My only complaint would be no towel rack in the upstairs bathroom. I'd rent here again next year if it is available.

Bad choice never again
Cheaply done. No wifi. Thermostat behind tv hard to set. No drawers for clothes in brs. Not even stand for suitcase. cant watch network channels on tv. No towel holders or toilet paper holders. Light out on stairs.

This is the second time we've stayed at this rental. We really like the convenience to our son's home. The house is always clean, with washer, dryer, 2 bedrooms... each with very comfortable queen size beds, plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and easy access to the beach, lunch and dinner restaurants, local coffee shops, and 3 full service grocery stores. We'll rent this home again, if available,when we are back in "Jax" Beach.

Birthday get away
The house in general was a great location. Not so sure about the “beach within walking distance”. We are a bit older so walking was out of the question, especially trying to cross A1A which is 4 lanes of busy traffic and no crosswalk or light. Owner did reach out to us on arrival to make sure everything was good. My only suggestion would be to have toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and maybe blackout curtains in front bedroom also. We had our pup with us and he enjoyed being able to run around in the fenced yard. We would stay here again in the future

Very nice property...it's within a mile of the Jacksonville Beach entertainment district. Plenty of resturants and fast food close by. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Host is always available if there is an issue. Host alos routinely checks to see if everything is ok. A simple comfortable place to stay. We were in town to play golf and meet up with old friends... great price and value.

Great beach spot for small families
We had a good stay. Very close to the beach, & not far from the zoo which is the two reasons for our visit. I do wish I would have known & recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones on both beds are not good at all! There were ants in the house when we arrived, I did let the owner know & they said they would get it taken care of. The shower water doesn’t get hot, stays mainly warm. Backyard was wonderful for my two year old to run around. Overall, good stay for the price!
