Stay with us at this ocean front apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything to enjoy the salt life. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 4-plex.

This listing consists of 2 completely separate units, but have a lock-out door that can be opened so you can access both units.

This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place.

This listing is 2 units of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and both units are on the top (2nd) floor with amazing expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building.

5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The front unit consists of 3 queen beds + 1 single/ 2 bath and the back unit consists of 2 queen beds + 1 single/1 bath. As stated previously, there is a lock-out door that connects the two spaces.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.
