Quiet & Pleasant Stay

Clean, new townhouse, very quiet. There are train tracks nearby but trains did not pass very often and did not bother us. Appliances work great (although we did not use the dish washer or TV). Neighborhood felt safe. Beds very comfortable; living room furniture not so much (sofa felt hard but a comforter helped; blue armchair cushy but one of the arms seemed to be broken). Driveway is quite narrow, you have to be very careful when backing out not to run over lawn sprinkler heads. Host responsive and pleasant. I liked that the code to the front door is re-set for new guests (a little extra security). Nice walking paths right there and a nice fenced-in playground and park nearby. Clean new bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful experiance!

Great location in Yulee and within the community. Quiet near the end of a cul de sac. Woods in front of and behind the Townhouse with beautiful veiw of the pond from back roofed porch, living room area window and Master Bedroom. Great Host. Would stay again in a second. A rating!

It was very clean we had a small hiccup at check in but was fixed right away. We are use to a king bed so sleeping in the queen was hard but the bed was comfortable. May want to upgrade the couch at some point.

Nice townhome, quiet neighborhood

Stayed in this townhome for one week. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The pond is out the windows with a paved walking trail. The owner was very responsive. Check in and check out was simple, easy access. Yulee is about 20 minutes from Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. It’s a growing community. We would stay again.
