A cozy apartment located in Historic Springfield; beautiful gentrifying area. The property is within: 15 mi to JAX airport, <2 mi to UF Health, 2 mi to Downtown, 1.5 mi to TIAA Bank Field, Baseball Field, and other Entertainment Venues, close to breweries; cafes; and restaurants; 42 mi to St. Augustine/Amelia Island, 18 mi to beaches.

Two rooms with queen size beds, and a full baths. The large living room includes a Smart TV, a mini kitchen/dining area to enjoy your meals. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home (i.e. coffee maker, free wifi, etc.) Free street parking.
