「This is our second time visiting Topsail and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean. Beautiful view. The neighbors on either side were so courteous and considerate. I would recommend staying here. There were no issues at all. 」

On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!」

「We had a great time staying here. The place was very clean and conveniently located near the path to the beach. The beach was so clean and the people we met were very nice. I’d like to stay again, just a little longer though. There are plenty of cool things to do, we just ran out of time. The property manager checked in with us to make make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions we may have had. It was a great overall experience.」

「Our family really enjoyed our stay at this little house on the water. The kayak was a hit with our little ones who also loved to watch the crabs scurry. Swansboro, with cute restaurants and shops, is only minutes down the main road on which the house sits. Would definitely recommend! 」

「Check in/out was a breeze, the unit was clean and well stocked with most everything you could need. Downstairs area is amazing for after the beach lounging. Could use a gas grill instead of charcoal. Other than that, 5 minute walk to beach, perfect for couples and we hope to stay again! 」
