Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und alles ist sehr hochwertig. Es ist super gemütlich und einfach perfekt für eine kleine Familie."

"Vom Check in bis zum check out hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Einzig ein Ofen, der hat gefehlt. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass bei einer voll ausgestatteten Küche auch einer dabei ist. Aber nicht schlimm, wir sind auch so alle satt geworden :-) Lage ist top und der Strand zu Fuß schneller erreichbar, als gedacht. Absolutes Highlight der Kids: der Pool! 😉 Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wie haben einen Code für den Schlüsselsafe 3 Tage vorher zugesendet bekommen, der aber bis zur Ankunft geändert wurde. Schon dachten alle Anwesenden wir sind Betrügern zum Opfer gefallen. Nach einem Anruf konnte der neue Code durchgegeben werden Das geht unserer Meinung überhaupt nicht Wir werden nicht mehr dieses Haus buchen. Das Haus selbst ist sauber, schön und gut gelegen. Bis auf die Ankunft war alles in Ordnung."

Und die Wege zum einkaufen oder dem Besuch in Bremerhaven sind kurz. Wir kommen gern wieder. Whirlpool und Sauna runden das Abendprogramm ab. Vielen Dank."

"Leider hat die Vermieterin auf eine Nachricht nicht reagiert. Erst als wir Ihr eine SMS geschickt haben. Laut Angebot würde Bettwäsche gestellt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann mitgeteilt das Wäsche nicht mehr gestellt wird. Ist eigentlich kein Problem, jedoch wären wir ohne Rückfage gefahren hätten wir dumm dagestanden. Das Bett, eine Schlafcouch ist sehr unbequem und für mehr als 2/3 Tage ungeeignet. Warmes Duschwasser reicht nicht für 2 Personen. Das Licht im Bad ist mehr als Sparsam....

"Leider sehr enttäuscht angefangen vom Check in bis zu der Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Check in bzw. Schlüsselübergabe sehr verwirrend, durch Kontakt mit dem Zuständigen zwar geschafft aber hätte viel eindeutiger und konkreter, unkomplizierter ablaufen müssen. In der Wohnung lag so viel Müll vom Vormieter, die Bettwäsche nicht sauber, mit Flecken. Wir fühlten uns alle sehr unwohl und eckelten uns. Ich würde es nicht noch mal buchen."

"Checking in and out was good.Room size was not correct , too small. Real old elevator from 1972 without door obstruction sensor . Door closes on us when whether we were in elevator or not. Plus there carpet in elevator was loose causing myself to stumble upon entering elevator. Breakfast itself was plenty , but Breakfast Servers were not polite. For me they missed the mark!"
