“Everything from customer service to the management is pathetic, infact i would rate Expedia and the hotel staff as not at all cooperative and no one bothered to listen to my concern. i would never recommend anyone to book via expedia.....useless company to deal with”
“The rooms with double beds were very limited. We as a family had to adjust in twin beds. The tiled floor had cracks. The area next to the room was not very clean. I think it belonged to house keeping department. Worst of all, there was a lizard in the bathroom! We had also checked a suite, that too had a lizard.”
“Certainly it does not deserve any star rating. Not even a single star. Bedsheets were patched up. Geyser not working as the electric switch was broken. Could not be repaired in 2 days stay. Had to wait for an hour to get a bucket of hot water. Bathrooms not ventilated. House-keeping never turned up in 2 days to make the beds. TV could show only 1 channel even after their staff attempting to help me.”
“The place was creepy. Internet was very very poor and that is putting it mildly - had to go downstairs to get a new code a few times per day. Breakfast was good and the restaurant had good food.”
