“The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work.”

“This place should not be used as a hotel also considering the price it’s not worth it. The lobby and common areas smell of urine. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night. The place is not clean, we had only boiling hot water in the shower and overall it’s just disgusting and overpriced. I cannot believe hotels.com has this property on their site. ”

“ジャイサルメールに夜行列車で到着したのが朝の4時、チェックインの朝10時まで休める場所がなくて困っていたのですが、ホテルのスタッフが親切にドミトリーの空いてるベッドを提供してくれました。 しかもドミトリーの宿泊代はいらないとのこと！ 屋上レストランの食事も美味しかったです。 おかげさまでこちらのホテルを拠点にジャイサルメールをゆっくり観光することが出来ました。”

“The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort. ”
