This is probably one of the best hotels I've been to recently. Its brand new and it has all the amenities you would need. Its walkable to all the big shopping centres and is right adjacent to a mall that has great food options.
The staff are superb as well. Accommodating to my requests and are very polite and ensure you are happy with everything.

We enjoy staying in the hotel, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Valeria, Johan,Destyna do their extra for us regarding breakfast and housekeeping. Even the reception staff are very helpful regarding transportation to town area.

This is a brand new hotel located 10 min walk away from Grand Indonesia. Everything was great, best of all is the height in which my room was located. Breakfast wasnt a full buffet per se, but u can have an endless order from their ala carte menu. Service was excellent, location was great, room was top notch.

Who knew?
Astonishing to be on the 85th floor of the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere. You won't feel connected to the hot city below here, but service is excellent and the shower is, really, the best I have had in the world (amazing water pressure). Pleasant 90th floor breakfast was included. Excellent service.

Staff let the hotel down
The building is brand new and the rooms are fresh with great views of the CBD.
Downsides are that the Lobby staff appear to be new and checking in and out was shambles, with one situation where I was in the vancant lobby at 6:30 am, trying to call out for hotel staff for 10 minutes, needing to settle up and get my taxi to the airport.
I think with more disciplined training and staff habits, this would actaully be a 5 star hotel
