One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, we’ve been to over 50 countries. The hotel is gorgeous, fitness center is the best with free weights, and all the equipment you need.. and then the sauna, steam room, cold plunge.. we had an unbelievable stay! Thank you!

Extreme glamour. Gorgeous lavish rooms, an unthinkable continental breakfast, and impressively large lounge and pool grounds. There are tennis courts, a 24 hour gym, and there was live music in the lounge both nights we were there. The biggest surprise for me was the spa -- there's a full nordic spa circuit that is free to use, complete with hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room. Service was the best I've experienced. Absolutely worth the money.

いつも快適に使える良いホテル。今回asia meetingと重なっていたため、セキュリティーチェックやチェックインにかかる時間など心配していたが全然問題なかった。定期的な掃除時間以外にも部屋迄きて水やタオルの補給をしてくれる気遣いがとてもありがたい。また利用したいと思うが、ホテル内のレストランやバー等の割引が欲しいところ。

드라이기 사용시 정전이 되었고 드라이기 교체 시까지 30분 이상 소요가 되어 약간의 불편함이 있었습니다. 연휴기간이라 조식 식당이 사람이 많았고 많은 인원으로 음식주변이 깔끔하게 정돈 되어있지 않아 아쉬웠습니다

Enjoy Shangri-la
Well maintained hotel. Staff as friendly and helpful as always. The only complaint is the location. The hotel is centrally located, but the area is not very walkable. You will have to rely on taxis to get to the mall nearby.
