I like the most about this property is the location is easy to find and near to places to eat over the main street. Although this hotel is small, but I find the rooftop garden is pleasing to see the buildings across. No pool are available, so the rooftop is just to get some fresh air. I like the Executive room as its bigger and have a pantry and microwave, suitable for family with an infant but not a bigger child as the bed is not king size. Will recommend this hotel to friends looking to stay in South Jakarta looking to be a bit central.

Great location, walking distance to an MRT station. No fuss, easy for practical travellers. Some amenities are by request, which makes sense, for example the kettle, because not everyone drinks gallons of tea like me :) Lots of food options in the area too. Manager Alex is very attentive and catered to my needs. Overall happy with my stay.

Nice, clean and spacious room with friendly staff who spoke good English. Room smelt a bit at first (smoking prohibited so not sure what smell was) but faded after using aircon. Nice views too!

Best for stopover night

Second time to stay here. The first room they gave me was very smelly. But the staffs were so friendly and they gave me another room which was fine. This hotel was quiet at night (good for rest!), and busy in the morning/afternoon. Spacious room. Location was very strategic, a lot of local food and near best Jakarta's shopping malls.

インドネシアのお国柄なのかわからないがバスタオルしかなく、フェイスタオルやハンドタオルがない。ティッシュもなかった。食器や大きな冷蔵庫、ペットボトルの水、また1ブロックほど先にコンビニが2件ある事は好感。

Sub-par room condition especially with A/C

We checked in to a Deluxe room, the room was still damp and warm at first since none of the appliances were running for the empty room. This is understandable. We put the hotel key card in the slot to get the lights and A/C running. After about 2 hours, we noticed the room temperature only cooled down a bit, but it still feels quite damp and warm. We also noticed a problem with bathroom tap with the water splashing sideways out of the sink bowl when turned on. The entrance door was also partly unhinged so it needed some effort to properly close. I called in housekeeping to look at these problems, especially with the A/C. If you visit Jakarta you'd know how important an A/C unit is. A technician came and looked at the problem but couldn't really resolve it. The staff ended up moving us into a Deluxe Plus room hoping to resolve the problems. After about an hour in, the same A/C problem is still there. I went and talked to the front desk again, the only solution they could offer is to 'wait a little longer’. After waiting another 45mins we noticed no improvement and decided to move to another hotel - Ayaka Suites - not far from there. So we checked out and told the staff we're quite disappointed with the hotel. They offered us an upgrade but still couldn’t guarantee about a comfortably air-conditioned room. So we left anyway. Checking into Ayaka Suites, after around 45mins of running the A/C the room was all cool and comfortable. Please pull up your socks, Upscale.

The location was convenient and not too noisy. The room was comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the bedsheet and of the towels was poor (some marks on both) and the room had a view right on a wall.

Good Service, Good Location, Recommended Hotel

Great location with a lot of street-food and nearby shopping malls. This 5 months old hotel is very clean and spacious. Service was good and they have water dispenser outside the room so we don't get thirsty. Wifi and aircon were good too. However they can improve to provide more bathroom accessories such as hair cap, hand soap, hand towel, as well as slippers. Overall was good and I will recommend this hotel to my family & friends.

New Hotel, Great value for money.

This hotel provides great value for money. The room is spacious and pretty new. however, more improvements needed. Pillows and towels need to be larger and Hotel staff needs to be more attentive and "Tourist friendly". Although I have no issues with the staff as I can converse in Bahasa Indonesia, I can imagine western or english speaking tourist having difficulty communicating with the staff there. They need to be more attentive and have basic hospitality as more than often the staff appeared to be unfriendly. Cleaning staff needs to understand the difference between "DO NO DISTURB" and "CLEAN MY ROOM" door signage.
