「I didn’t like the extra cost for staying there I feel that should all be included with no extra fees they call a hotel fee for cleaning ect. especially during slow season. And this checking towels to go to the pool or beach must be returned by 8:00pm or be charged if not returned the same day! They should be happy we chose them to stay there with better accommodation. Quit nickel and diming you for everything!」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

Durante el check in el personal fue atento y nos explicaron las instalaciones pero te quieren vender a fuerza su paquete de vacaciones, que no hubo problema al declinarlo. El resort fee incluye lo que son albercas, gimnasio nuevo y el acceso a Mantamar. Reservé a través de Expedia y los beneficios que anuncian ellos sólo apliquen si los cierras directamente en su página. El único detalle fue al hacer check out, que...

「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.」

「Awesome property, it feels like you are in a treehouse. Great location and quiet at night. A/C works well and bed was comfortable. Pool could be cleaner though.」
