“Very nice. Owners thought of everything we might have needed. If you have mobility issues this wouldn’t be the place. Stairs to get in. Loved the view and didn’t hear much from outside as they have great windows. You will be very happy here.”

“We enjoyed the proximity to parks, the zoo, downtown, soccer stadium, the airport, etc. The host was great to deal with. The property needs some tlc. The awning in the yard which shows in the picture was lying on the ground, there was no tray for the dish rack, the bedroom closet door was off the slider and the cabinet under the TV in the living room was partly broken. You'll need to be able to sign in to your own streaming services and there's no live TV. These are minor details and as such we……

“The property was lovely and in a very quiet neighborhood, had our own parking spot, felt very safe. We walked to a local donut shop every morning as recommended in a book made by the property owners. Close to everything we went to San Diego for would stay here again.”

“Great location near all the eats, drinks, and entertainment. Parking is rough in the evenings. Area is flat so walking from car to cottage was easy. Suggest ubering. Hotspot at the Lafayette Hotel within walking distance.”

“Bill and Tiffany were exceptional hosts! I stayed at their apartment attached to a historic mansion in San Diego, and it was an incredible experience. Tiffany arranged discounted zoo tickets for me, and Bill went the extra mile by spending additional time to ensure the hot tub was sparkling clean. The property itself was amazing, located in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed grilling in the backyard every night. Even though it was just me, they treated me like royalty. I wish I could give them ten……

“Took my 10 year old granddaughter to my favorite place…Coronado. Ironically got the exact same bungalow I had 2 years ago. It was perfect. Always stocked with all you need, they have added beach wagons, chairs, sand toys and more! It was so nice to be able to use the wagon…little legs are always worn out on the way home from the beach. We shared many deep conversations at the outdoor seating. It was a perfect trip. I will always look for these properties in the future.”

“Our trip to San Diego was made all the more enjoyable with our stay here. Close to Little Italy, Hop On Hop Off bus, and harbour. We felt at home here and had a woderful time. Our host, Cherie, was attentive to our needs and was very helpful with supplying information on the area and where to go. We look forward to booking with them again next year.”

“First and foremost, Andrea was an amazing host! She was able to accommodate a last minute and an early check in and was extremely prompt with her responses to any of our requests. Definitely the best host I’ve ever encountered and I would stay at any place she hosts. The views were incredible from the hot tub and the guest suite. It was quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is a beautiful one. We did get profiled however one night walking our dog (black , lgbt couple) but it was by a neighbor……

“It was very clean and quiet. I was surprised because I thought we would hear the planes at night but I slept great. Good soundproofing-could not hear other guests. Property managers were nice and even carried our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and we were on top floor 48 steps but it was not too difficult. Just be aware if you cannot do stairs. Good security. Very close to Balboa park. When we got there, it took a while for a/c to come on but then it worked fine.”

“We were 2 adults and 2 pets. Donna kept good communication with me and was responsive and helpful. The apartment complex felt safe, and it was very secure. The apartment is with in walking distance or a short ride to Seaport Village, SDCC, and plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions.”

“We loved the location due to the close proximity to the baseball stadium. The room was very spacious and well stocked. The noise level was very high. Starting at 7am with beer and food delivery trucks til 2:00 am when the bar below you closed. Five hours of sleep was not enough when on a vacation stay. ”
