“This is a self service hotel. No staff on premises. The breakfast that claims to be included is yogurt in the fridge and some granola. They don’t restock the fridge therefore there was no water after our second day, the water fountain also never worked so we couldn’t refill the coffee machine. The internet also didn’t work. All in all I don’t know how this could be rated a four star property.”

“Wonderful place to stay! The room was very clean with everything we needed for our stay included. Super comfy bed and pillows too. The hosts were so accommodating about our early arrival and check-in which meant we had more time to get out and explore Charleston on day one. We really enjoyed meeting other guests during some down time at the pool which made the trip even more fun. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, self-contained place in a wonderful and convenient……

“Cute room. I enjoyed the coffee set up between rooms. Conveniently located. But it is located between two horse stables used for carriage rides. Great history and great if you want to go on a classic Charleston horse drawn carriage ride. But it didn’t smell bad, the stables are kept clean. During my stay the property next door was under construction so it was very loud. And no one-site parking, parking was very expensive.”
