“The property was very clean and had nice amenities (full size refrigerator and microwave in the kitchenette). The host had local treats and bottled water for us at check-in and a stocked coffee bar. Very cute! Also a good location, 10-15 min drive to downtown and Folly Beach. Easy check-in and check-out.”

“Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back .”

“The written instructions for access to the property were very confusing and contradictory. I ended up unintentionally trespassing on another adjacent property whose occupants had dogs barking at my dogs in the dark at nighttime when it was difficult to see. Very unsettling and frightening for everyone involved! The accommodations were charming and most inviting. The furniture and bed were very comfortable! There was no toaster which the host's staff provided after I had to make separate……

“My first impression as I walked in the front door was that the unit was much larger than I had anticipated. For a place set up for two travelers there was more than an adequate amount of floor space. The large master bedroom with ensuite bath was excellent but there is also a half bath located in the hallway. The kitchen was large and fairly well equipped and the appliances seem to be new and up to date. Watching the Roku TV in the living room was a seamless experience to set up and use our……

“Private suite on the left side of a rancher including private entrance and backyard. Very nicely constructed and spacious. Prime location on James Island just off the main drag. Owner was very responsive when batteries died on the smart lock. ”

We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.”
